The final performance of the 2023 Densmore Church Summer Series will feature a pair of well known local musicians when the Rusty Strings take the stage. Their performance will take the place of the originally slated Bennett Matteo duo.
Guitarist Bryan Honeywell and bassist/guitarist Len Senecal will join forces in an acoustic duo featuring music by Neil Young, the Grateful Dead, and the Tragically Hip, among others. Clayton native Honeywell has performed in a number of bands including local favorites the Bad Husbands Club and most recently recording artists Maybe Sunday. Alexandria Bay native Senecal, a summer resident of Marsh Island, is the founding member of the Bad Husbands Club who is celebrating 50 years as a performer.
